Essential Trust Seminar
Rebuilding trust is one of the greatest challenges a relationship can endure. And for your relationship to thrive, trust is essential. Loss of trust in our partners impacts emotional and sexual intimacy; it impacts our children through our parenting behaviors; it even affects the quality of our work. Using the latest research on the development of trust, you will learn how to rebuild your relationship following infidelity, lying, emotional affairs, or personal insecurity. We'll talk about why trust breaks down, how to talk about trust with your partner, how to manage your thoughts about trust, and behaviors to improve trust.
